At Tacforce X, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our 30-day refund policy.
30-Day Refund Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item.
- Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exceptions
Please note the following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
